Franklin Delanor (b.1834-d. 2016) was born in Rutherford County, Tennessee, from the union of Trueman and Maggie Brown-Cannon. Franklin Delanor married Dizzy Smith, and from their union, six children were born: Glenda, Maggie, Franklin Jr, Kenneth, Marquitha, and Geraldine Cannon.
