Ross E. (b.1896-d.1983) was born in Rutherford County, Tennessee, to the union of Brad and Charity Perry-Buchanan. Ross E. married Kattie Butler-Buchanan, and from their union, six children were born: Georgia M. (1922), Rosie B. (1924), Charity L. (1926), John (1926), Perry (1928), and Nathan W. (1939) Buchanan.
