Verlon Lovie (b.1946-d.2021) was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to the union of Jessie (J.C.) Cannon and Isena Jewel Turney-Cannon. Verlon married Louis Edward McAdoo, and one child was born from their union: Janai (b.1970) Mcadoo. Verlon later married Ben Malone, and no children came from their union.
