Nathan Bill (b.1931-d.2016) was born in Nashville, Tennessee, to the union of William Clarence an Emma Burns-Douglas. Nathan Bill married Barbara Jean Cattron, and from their union seven children were born: Denise Darlene, Rickey Odom, Rita Renee, Regina, Denise, Johnathan Lewis, William Lovett, and Nathan Jr. Douglas.
